Warranty Services

We provide professional warranty services to large residential home builders and developers. Our warranty experts are trustworthy and highly skilled to take care of warranty items for new homes. Team members are friendly, professional, and able to take care of warranty concerns while the homeowners are on or offsite. We follow the "leave no trace" principle, making sure that we take care of any cleanup that arises during our work.

Our scope of warranty services includes:

  • Drywall repair (including texture matching and paint)
  • Flooring repair (hardwood, laminate, floor squeaks)
  • Cabinet Adjustments
  • Door adjustments
  • Structural Repairs
  • Millwork (including paint)

Detail Services

We provide professional detailing services to large residential home builders and developers. Instead of having to call back and coordinate a team of multiple subcontractors, builders can schedule with our professional detailers to come out and take care of their detailing needs. We will leave the home ready for inspection, housecleaning, or move-in, depending on the situation.

Our scope of detailing services (non permit work*) includes:

  • Paint touch up
  • Caulking
  • Finish carpentry
  • Drywall patching
  • Door adjustments
  • Cabinet adjustments
  • Electrical makeup
  • Jobsite assist (walkthroughs, creating punch lists, hanging permits, etc)

Labor Services

We provide professional labor services to large residential home builders and developers. Labor work is critical to jobsite cleanliness and efficiency. Builders can count on City West Construction to provide quality labor work to help with those critical but sometimes overlooked tasks that are easy to push to the bottom of the list.

For this customer we utilized wide plank maple flooring with a custom Oshkosh medallion inlay.

This Kitchen was designed with a budget in mind. However we were still able to create a very functional kitchen that far exceeded the expectations of the customer.
